Where to Stream Grey’s Anatomy, by Market

Grey's Anatomy is back on ABC on 15 Oct. Here is where every earlier season streams in the US, Canada, the UK, Australia and New Zealand.

Twenty-two seasons in, Grey’s Anatomy is still the medical drama people binge from the beginning, and still adding chapters. ABC brings the series back on Thursday 15 Oct at 10 p.m. (Eastern and Pacific), according to the network’s fall premiere schedule. If you are starting over with Meredith Grey’s first day as an intern, or catching up before the new season, where the back catalogue lives depends on where you live. Every listing below was checked on the platform’s own regional page.

United States: Hulu, plus Netflix

Hulu is the home base. Hulu’s own viewing guide says all 21 complete seasons stream there, along with the season 22 episodes that have aired. New episodes follow the ABC broadcast: ABC says all of its original programming streams the next day on Hulu, and on Hulu on Disney+ for subscribers to the bundle.

That makes the new season straightforward. The premiere airs on ABC on 15 Oct and lands on Hulu on Friday 16 Oct. Hulu + Live TV subscribers can also watch the ABC broadcast live.

Netflix also lists the series on its US title page (rated TV-14), describing it as the story of an intern, and eventual resident, caught up in personal and professional passions at a Seattle hospital. The page does not say how many seasons are included, so if you are hoping to binge the newest episodes there, check the app: Hulu is the service that carries the current season.

Canada: CTV and Crave

In Canada, Grey’s Anatomy is a CTV series. Bell Media‘s spring slate announcement, from 4 June, lists it among the shows “returning this fall” and says all CTV series are also available to Crave subscribers through the live CTV channel. Bell Media’s program page for the show says season 22 is available to stream on Crave.

Bell Media has also slotted an untitled Grey’s Anatomy spinoff for midseason on CTV and Crave. No date has been announced.

For earlier seasons, Crave’s library is the first place to look. The Remote could not confirm a Canadian listing on Disney+ from the platform’s own Canadian page, so check your platform before you subscribe for this show alone.

United Kingdom: Disney+

Disney+ carries the series in the UK. Its UK title page lists 22 seasons, spanning 2005 to 2025, rated 14+, with the logline: “The doctors face life-or-death decisions daily.” Season 22 episodes, including the premiere, “Only the Strong Survive”, appear on the page.

UK timing for the new season has not been announced on a Disney+ page. Check your platform for updates.

Australia: Disney+

Disney+ Australia lists the same 22 seasons, rated MA15+. Its synopsis follows Meredith Grey and the doctors at Grey Sloan Memorial, who learn that neither medicine nor relationships are black and white. No Australian date for the new season appears on the page yet.

New Zealand: Disney+

Disney+ New Zealand also lists 22 seasons, from 2005 to 2025, rated R16. As in Australia and the UK, there is no local date yet for the season that starts in the US on 15 Oct.

Elsewhere

Rights for long-running network dramas shift by country and by season. If your market is not listed here, check your platform: search the title in each app you already pay for before adding a new subscription.

How to binge it efficiently

At more than 20 seasons, a full rewatch is a commitment. A few practical notes:

Start at season 1 if you are new. The series is built on long arcs, and the early seasons set up the relationships the later ones lean on.
Use the season premieres as checkpoints. On Disney+, each season’s first episode is listed separately, which makes it easy to jump in at a new chapter. Season 21 opens with “If Walls Could Talk”, in which, according to Disney+, accidents at a climate protest bring unusual cases; season 22 opens with the aftermath of an explosion.
Time the catch-up. In the US, if you are current through season 22, the new season premiere is on Hulu the morning after it airs on 16 Oct.
