Pryce Cahill is going back on tour. Stick, the golf comedy starring and executive produced by Owen Wilson, returns to Apple TV on Wednesday 4 November with two episodes, followed by one new episode every Wednesday through 30 December. Apple’s trailer release puts the season at 10 episodes.

The new season moves the story from the driving range to the professional game, and adds Rhea Seehorn as the coach who takes on Pryce’s long-shot comeback.
What season two is about
In Apple’s telling, Santi (Peter Dager) takes the next step in his pursuit of professional golf and finds out how quickly talent turns into pressure. Pryce (Wilson), meanwhile, attempts a comeback of his own: the former pro wants to become the oldest golfer ever to win a major. Pushed by his old rival Clark Ross (Timothy Olyphant), he goes to work with a new coach, Amanda (Seehorn), and his caddie, Mitts (Marc Maron), and has to confront why he never lived up to his early promise.

Season one, in brief
Stick premiered on 4 June 2025 with three episodes and ran weekly to 23 July, 10 episodes in all. Wilson plays Pryce, a former professional golfer whose career fell apart about 20 years ago. With his marriage over and a job at a sporting goods store in Indiana, he bets his future on Santi, a troubled 17-year-old prodigy. Marc Maron, Judy Greer, Mariana Treviño and Lilli Kay round out the core cast, and tour pros Collin Morikawa, Keegan Bradley, Max Homa and Wyndham Clark turned up as themselves.
The finale, “Déjà Vu All Over Again,” landed on 23 July 2025, the same day Apple announced the renewal. Apple says a surprise arrival upends everything at the end of the season and leaves Santi’s ambitions in jeopardy, which is where season two picks up.
“It’s a joy to be able to continue this story,” Keller said in the renewal announcement.
How to catch up before 4 November
All of season one is on Apple TV now. Apart from a 46-minute pilot, the episodes Apple TV lists run about half an hour each, which makes the full season a manageable weekend watch before the premiere. Apple says new subscribers get a seven-day free trial.
Stick is one of several Apple TV originals in the fall lineup, alongside the thriller Nocturne and the Everest film Tenzing, and it arrives just as the rest of November’s new streaming arrivals land.
