Why watch Dooley's method is to put herself in the room and ask direct questions, which makes her films accessible to viewers who might not watch traditional current affairs. Her 2018 documentary Stacey Dooley: Face to Face with ISIS won the Popular Features Award at the One World Media Awards, and she was made an MBE for services to broadcasting the same year.
