Dwight Frye was an American character actor of stage and screen, best known for playing neurotic, murderous villains in Universal horror films, including Renfield in Dracula (1931) and Fritz in Frankenstein (1931). His other horror credits included Bride of Frankenstein (1935), Son of Frankenstein (1939) and Frankenstein Meets the Wolf Man (1943).
