Tim Gunn is an American author, academic and television personality. He taught at Parsons School of Design from 1982 to 2007, chairing its fashion design department from 2000, before joining Liz Claiborne as chief creative officer. Over 16 seasons he was the on-air mentor on Project Runway, which led to spin-offs including Tim Gunn's Guide to Style and Under the Gunn. He also voices Baileywick in Sofia the First.
