Nikolaj Lie Kaas is a Danish actor whose career began in the 1990s. He first appeared on screen in The Boys from St. Petri in 1991 and graduated from a national theatre school in Denmark in 1998. He won the Robert Award for Best Actor in a Leading Role in 2002 and 2012, and was named one of European film's Shooting Stars in 2003.
