Dan Frazer was an American actor best known for playing Captain Frank McNeil, the former partner turned supervisor of Telly Savalas's Theo Kojak, on the 1970s police drama Kojak. His film work included Lilies of the Field (1963), Take the Money and Run (1969) and Bananas (1971).
